Slum Village has manifested in an variety of ways since the untimely deaths of group members Baatin and J. Dilla. Today, the surviving Conant Gardens rep drops a song called “We On The Go,” featuring Black Milk and Frank Nitt.

The cut, which appears on SV’s upcoming Vintage EP, dons a verse from Baatin, as well as Young RJ, who completes the trifecta. A vocal sample echoes in and out, while pounding percussion is sure to inspire head nods from a majority of listeners.

Again, “We On The Go” appears on Slum Village’s new EP, which drops some time in June. That should whet fans’ appetites until their full length album, YES, releases. Stream the record below.
