The last two weeks haven’t been exactly easy for Jeezy as he sat in jail for gun possession with a new album on the way. He still showed to be a true southern gentleman as he hosted The Breakfast Club in Atlanta.

Why exactly Jeezy and his crew were caught with a military style AK-47 assault rifle on their tour bus has yet to be clarified, but the Snowman continues to press on with the release of Seen It All: The Autobiography

Naturally DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God asked all the questions the Hip-Hop community has been curious to know. Thankfully Jizzle was as forthcoming as he could in front of his home town supporters.

So we present the top 10 things we learned from The Breakfast Club Jeezy interview. What did you think of his comparisons of Jay Z and Big Meech? Let us know in the comments section.

1. Gun Case

While Jeezy couldn’t speak in depth about his recent arrest, he maintains that neither him or anyone in his crew broke any laws and the AK-47 was not theirs.

2. Bail

Jeezy did indeed have to foot the bail for the entire crew and even the bus driver. He didn’t talk specifics but he didn’t shy away from the rumors of it being one million.

3. Seen It All

Jeezy admitted that this was his most personal album to date saying that every song is a true record of his past life.

4. Albums

When Charlamagne asked why does Jeezy take so long in between albums, he simply replied “I have to live.”

5. Roc Nation

Jeezy is no longer represented by Roc Nation. When asked why he left Jay Z’s management company he stated he always dreamed of starting up his own team and with the recent success of YG, he felt now would be the best time.

6. Emory Jones

Who would have thought that Jeezy would have a more current relationship with Emory Jones than Jay Z?

7. Big Meech

Jeezy drew comparisons between Big Meech of B.M.F. and Jay Z in terms of both being very clear with their future goals and applying themselves to getting those things done.

8. Philanthropy

Jeezy is indeed about empowering his people and is giving away one million dollars in scholarship funds through his Street Dreamz foundation.

9. Rick Ross Beef

Jizzle also admitted that the welfare of his friends and family were his main inspiration for settling his problems with Rick Ross. Often those are the ones who suffer in Rap beefs so kudos to him.

10. Legacy

While he feels that the south does appreciate his contribution to Hip-Hop, Jeezy still feels underrated when you consider his entire body of work.
