Operating under the assumption that “U Guessed It” and its video would be a hard act to follow for OG Maco was a major mistake. Today, the Atlanta rapper returns with that same energy on his new track, “F*CKEMx3,” featuring Migos.
Maco’s erratic approach to rhyming is one of his biggest draws, because his style channels the natural grime of ATL’s trap music. His ad-libs are essentially shrieks and an array of onomatopoeias mimicking gun sounds. Meanwhile, Migos are a bit more dexterous with their flows when it’s their time to enter the fold.
