Earlier this month in Brooklyn, armed and masked men officially killed the honor amongst thieves code when they stooped to a new level of low during a home invasion.

Gothamist has discovered that police have been looking for the suspects who put a gun to a one-year-old child’s head in order to obtain to some sneakers and some other electronics. During the robbery, they allegedly picked up the toddler, put the weapon against his skull and threatened to kidnap him if their demands weren’t met. Afterwards, they threw the boy to the ground as they made their escape. He was reportedly unharmed.

The incident occurred on September 1 around 1:30 pm according to the report. Both suspects were identified as male with one being described as being around 20-25 years-old, approximately 6’1, and wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and tan pants. The other is also described as a man 20-25 years-old, standing approximately 5’5, and was wearing dark clothing.

They were vaguely caught on the surveillance camera of the building which is located on East 49th Street in East Flatbush. Police are asking for anyone with on the incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477); logging onto the Crime Stoppers website; or by text their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
