Officers Sharlton Wampler and Antonio Villegas remain on paid administrative leave after fatally shooting Ezell Ford, who was unarmed during the August, 2014 investigative stop. Wampler and Villegas maintain there was a struggle, while conflicting reports say Ford was on his back.
