R. Kelly‘s birthday was yesterday (Jan. 8) and he celebrated with a surprise dinner party at a new restaurant called TIME in Atlanta. Hosted by Devyne Stephens, on hand was T.I., Keri Hilson, Bobby V, Cole from Martin, and reality stars from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and Real Housewives of Atlanta.
