Once again, Timbaland’s wife, Monique Mosley, is having a change of heart being married to the music mogul.

Reports Bossip:

The estranged wife of Timbaland has filed for divorce from the hit maker a second time, putting her in line to receive millions from his production on the hit show “Empire,” BOSSIP can reveal.

Monique Mosley originally slapped her husband Timbaland aka Timothy Mosley with divorce papers in 2013, demanding that the music mogul pay child support for not only their kid but also for her kid from another man. She explained that Timbaland publicly and privately proclaimed the kid as his own, and therefore he should pay up for both.

Mosley also demanded alimony, life insurance, private school costs, vacations, summer camp and other expenses. She not only wanted permanent alimony, but also a lump sum to be paid during the divorce proceedings. She pleaded with the court to award her attorney fees as well, claiming she was so broke she had to borrow money from a friend to hire a lawyer for the divorce.

After filing in 2013 Mosley quietly dismissed her divorce petition and it appeared the couple had worked out their issues. Shortly thereafter Timbaland even began posting photos of them together on his social media.

That reconciliation is apparently over however, and on June 22 Mosley headed back to court to slap Timbaland with brand new divorce docs.

The divorce was filed in Florida court and Timbaland has yet to respond to the petition.

The couple was together for 12 years, and married for seven. They have one daughter.

Like Lucious Lyons, Timbo’s “empire” (an estimated $85 million) is now in jeopardy.
