Episode no. 5 of Empire was all about family drama, with some infidelity and burglary thrown in the mix.
Here are some of the major points and moments from the latest Empire, spoilers ahead.
Cash Money caught shade in favor of Young Money via Mr. Delgado, who is trying to become Lyon Dynasty’s concert promoter. He also is able to put burglars in chokeholds when he and Cookie catch two guys trying to steal the label’s masters.
Andre was focused on getting baptized, and that including apologizing for the wrongs he had done to each of his family members Respect. But son is still a loose cannon.
Jamal’s love of V-neck shirts is off the hook.
Bre-Z’s bars moved Lucious enough to get him to go to Andre’s baptism. All the internet did was keep calling her Fantasia Loaf, though.

Tiana learned the hard way that you gotta respect the jux. Turns out it was a set up, and Lyon Dynasty Records has to pay their taxes because they’ve now been “marked.” Which is why Hakeem got kidnapped. Bruh…
