Vivica A. Fox is getting her stride back in Hollywood with a casting on the current season of Empire as well as the upcoming films, True to the Game and Independence Day: Resurgence. This resurgence didn’t come without its fair share of shade towards her former flame, 50 Cent however.
While appearing on this evening’s Watch What Happens: Live with Andy Cohen, the 51-year-old actress was asked about her relationship with the G-Unit rapper (which was eons ago; circa 2003) and she couldn’t resist from insinuating that he may be on the gay side.
50 made headlines in early October when he blamed the Empire ratings drop on “the gay stuff” they had been cramming into the current season and Vivica called it on of those instances of “the kettle calling the pot black.”
“I just remember there was [this VIBE cover] with [50] and Soulja Boy that made me go ‘hmmm,'” she told the hosts and Kandi Burress and The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kandi Burress. “He just looked like a bootysnatcher to me.”
The suspect magazine cover she was referring to was actually the November 2010 issue of XXL where 50 Cent shrouded his face like an Arabian assassin and appeared in close proximity to Soulja Boy.
It didn’t take long for both rappers to respond to Vivica’s claims via social media and they didn’t even try to lace up their gloves.
“Everybody hit up this cougar..she’s single and ready to mingle,” Soulja Boy captioned in a rather unflaterring picture of Vivica A. Fox. “1-800-GrannyDesperateForAttention extension ‘I’m WashedUp.'”
50 was even less than forgiving as he alleged that he was privy to some salad tossing adventures during the course of his fling with the Empire actress.
