There’s proper execution, and there’s a level above that according to Def Jam’s Logic. In comes “Flexicution,” a newly released track by beloved wordsmith.

“This that flexicution, this is what the people said the wanted from the rap god,” Logic chants on the chorus. The Maryland-bred spitter’s approach to the song is unusually braggadocios, but that isn’t to say that his swagger isn’t justified. His origin story is that of the underdog, as described on his 2014 debut album Under Pressure. Next was last year’s follow-up The Incredible True Story, which served as a victory lap that continues on “Flexicution.”

The tune appears in Wired Tracks below, where you’ll also find A$AP Twelvyy’s latest release “Baby Glock.” It’s produced by The Heatmakerz, because the spirit of Uptown is very much alive.
