Fetty Wap is embroiled in a brewing legal battle with ex-girlfriend Alexis Sky after rumors a sex tape featuring the former couple is out there on the Internets. The New Jersey rapper took things up a notch by getting his lawyers on the case and issued a cease and desist order to block the release of the footage.
Things have been up and down for Fetty and Sky in the past year, this after an ugly and public break up and Fetty having a baby girl with Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood star Masika Kalysha. Sky has gone on record saying that the issues between her and Fetty has been both their responsibility but it appears she’s not done stirring the hornet’s nest just yet.
TMZ reports:
TMZ has obtained the cease and desist letters Fetty’s legal hounds fired off to Alexis and a bunch of media outlets allegedly posting the video.
Fetty’s lawyers threatened Alexis this way … “[Y]ou must IMMEDIATELY STOP the distribution and/or attempted distribution of this alleged video to any and all media outlets.”
BTW … he vows to sue her if the video doesn’t disappear.
Sky has not yet responded to the matter publicly.
