Keke Palmer will be taking legal action and Trey Songz for using her unauthorized image and likeness in one of his music videos.
Palmer let this be known in an interview with Larry King where she spoke in detail about the night’s events that has led to her pending lawsuit.
According to Palmer, she was at a party where Trey Songz also was in attendance. As the night went on, it was decided that a music video for his remix to Travis Scott‘s “Pick Up The Phone” would be filmed. Palmer says that she was aware that a music video was being filmed, but figured it had nothing to do with her. When she was asked three separate times by Songz, his assistant, and the video’s producer, to be in the video, she declined each time. However, the video was shot anyway and Palmer still wound up in it.
Palmer put Songz on blast on Instagram.
