  • The search warrant scene between Angela and Tasha was the most intense moment yet between the two. This was the gangsta remix to “The Boy is Mine”. Angela really wants Ghost to pay because this is all she has left, and rolling into that apartment as a mistress and the law? Talk about bold. Getting confronted by Raina, almost stomped out by Keisha, and threatened by Tasha all in one episode. For Angela’s sake, I hope she’s playing it right.
  • The lawyers are going to steal the show. We get more behind the scenes with Joe Proctor, including his life and how intertwined he is within this crime drama. His new arch nemesis, Joe Mott (played by Sung Kang) is a classic attention seeking DA who is equally concerned with justice and publicity. He takes over the case from the crooked Sandoval and compromised Angela and used his influence to sway the judge against granting Ghost bail. He’s unapologetically brash, in the suavest way possible. The Proctor-Mott dynamic can develop into the strongest and most entertaining side plot this season.
