We all know Rick Ross is a boss player when it comes to building his empire. The MMG CEO is now catching flack for his recent interview on The Breakfast Club where he admitted he doesn’t sign female talent because sex has to be a part of the business arrangement.

Even though the almost thirty minute Q&A produced several memorable moments, the focus is now on Rozay’s response to adding female talent to the Maybach Music Group stable.

You know, I never did it because I always thought, like, I would end up fucking a female rapper and fucking the business up. I’m so focused on my business. I just, I gotta be honest with you. You know, she looking good. I’m spending so much money on her photo shoots. I gotta f*ck a couple times.

While his crass retort can be viewed as just playful morning radio interview talk, Ross is under fire from the Black Twitter community for objectifying females.

This is not the first time he has been under fire for what has been labeled misogynistic behavior. In 2013 his verse on Rocko’s “U.O.E.N.O.” almost costed him his Reebok sneaker deal where it alluded to date rape (“Put Molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it / I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain’t even know it”).

Ross has seemingly been Hip-Hop’s Teflon Don as every possible type of slander that has been shot his way has yet to damage his street credential or repertoire.

Ricky has yet to comment on the situation but let’s hope it was all in jest. You can view the interview in its entirety below (the female rapper discussion starts at the 8:45 mark).
