Lonzo Ball needs to watch his mouth. After his less than graceful take on Queens rapper Nas, he has been formally threatened with the Based God Curse by Lil B

On Friday (Sept. 1) news broke that Ball thought Nas was no longer relevant, while acts like Migos and Future were real Hip-Hop.

“Y’all outdated, man,” said Ball in the first episode of his family’s Facebook series. “Don’t nobody listen to Nas no more. Real hip-hop is Migos, Future.”

Maybe he was trolling, maybe he’s just 19 and foolish, either way, the debates were fierce. Around these parts, unless homie is talking about subtleties of when to use or not use the crossover dribble, or explaining where are Jay-Z’s sneakers, his opinions on Hip-Hop are void.

Now Lil B has stepped up warn that young man that anymore Nas slander will incur consequences and repercussions. Yesterday, the Based God took to Twitter to put the new Los Angeles Laker on notice.

“Lonzo ball is a few seconds away from being cursed his rookie year on the lakers, nas is hip hop and always relevant, watch ur team – Lil B,” he tweeted.

Bangs gavel.

Lastly, choosing not to listen to Nas is certainly your right (and Future and Migos certainly have their place in the culture). But shading legends is just disrespectful.

T.I. also questioned what in the hell Ball was thinking (see on the flip).
