Apparently not all of Cardi B’s money moves are authorized. The “Bodak Yellow” rapper is being sued by a male model for using an image of him without permission.

The beef stems from her Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 mixtape. On the cover she is seen being orally relaxed by an unknown male while drinking a beer. According to TMZ the lucky guy in question is Kevin Brophy and he says he never consented for his likeness to be used in the photo.

The model claims he was alerted about it when a friend brought it to his attention saying how crazy it is he was “cunnilinging this rapper called Cardi B.

While the man in the picture remains faceless, Brophy is 100% certain it is him due to his signature back tattoo that displays a tiger fighting a snake. Adding even more awkwardness to this case is Brophy’s son who he claims keeps asking what is his dad doing in the photo and who is the lady?

He is suing her for a cool $5 million. Bardi has yet to comment on the legal filing.

UPDATE: The actual model says this dude is an imposter (see on the flip). From the looks of Cardi’s Instagram post below, he’s got the proper receipts.
