It appears Kanye West has found himself another ‘Devil In a New Dress.’
The G.O.O.D. music head honcho was recently spotted tonguing down an unknown woman in Cannes, France.
Ye’ was reportedly in the country for the annual independent film festival, when he and his new shoulder piece decided to take to their hotel balcony for some kissing and touching for all eyes to see.
