TV/Radio Personality Free Responds to #FreesAss Trending Topic
Aside from Chris Brown taking home five awards, Tiffany Evan’s nightmare, Patti Lebelle’s tribute and other great performances, one of the most attention grabbing moments at the 2011 BET Awards was the amazing moment when the cameras found the backside of former 106 & Park host Free.
Free’s “cakes” (as Bossip would say) looked so fabulous in her dress that it sparked a worldwide trending topic on Twitter called “#freesass.”

This morning, Free, who recently joined Big Tigger on WPGC in the greater Washington, D.C./Baltimore area, responded to all the attention her a** is getting.
“I feel admired, objectified, celebrated, hated on, flattered,” Free said on radio this morning, amid Big Tigger’s jokes. “I feel missed, reduced a little bit, loved, stereotyped a little. But I’m proud and I feel beautiful and strong.”
Embrace it, Free. You get it from your mama, and we love it.
