1. Fivio Foreign

Brooklyn Drill rapper Fivio Foreign got pinched on New Year’s Day 2025 and he’s been in jail ever since.
2. Sheff G

Rapper Sheff G is now serving five years for his involvement in a 2020 shooting.
3. Tory Lanez

Tory Lanez is currently serving 10 years for shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion back in 2020 (he was sentenced in 2023). He was convicted, but conspiracy theorist continue to swear he is innocent. Good luck with that.
4. Casanova

Casanova got pinched on multiple charges back in December 2020 for his alleged gang ties to Gorilla Stone Nation and so far has been denied bail.
5. C-Murder

Born Corey Miller, C-Murder is serving a life sentence for the murder of a 16-year-old in New Orleans club in 2002. Recently, Kim Kardashian and Monica have begun calling for his release, saying the system railroaded him by not granting him a fair trial.
6. Tay-K

The teen struggle rapper was hit with a 55 year sentence in 2019 for his role in the murder of 1 21-year-old Ethan Walker in 2016.
7. YNW Melly

Born Jamell Demons, YNW was charged with two counts of first degree murder on February 13, 2019 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He’s accused with Cortlen Henry of fatally shooting two other rappers, Christopher Thomas Jr and Anthony Williams, from his onw crew, on October 26, 2018. Bruh…

It seems like every quarter this is a rumor that Max B is finally coming home. However, as of right now, Wavy Crockett is still serving 12-year sentence (reduced from 75 to 20 to 12 in 2019) for murder conspiracy and robbery charges.
9. Ar-Ab
In October 2018, Philadelphia rapper and certified goon AR-Ab and eight others were indicted on federal drug charges.
10. Young Thug

Young Thug is currently locked and fighting RICO charges, so things are very, very real for him. The Atlanta rapper, and a bunch of his associates, got pinched back in May 2022.
Young Thug was freed in late 2024 (after being sentenced to time served) after a very dramatic trial.
