Jay Ellis AKA Lawrence Returns To 'Insecure' & Twitter Flips Out

Jay Ellis, better known as Issa’s ex-boyfriend Lawrence from HBO’s hit show Insecure, was thought to be a relic of the past considering his on-screen boo has since moved on. But his reappearance on the show during Sunday night’s (Sept. 9) episode has turned the tables all the way around and Twitter can’t handle it.

Since this morning (Sept. 10), Team Lawrence and the ever-present and so-called “Lawrence Hive” has been going nuts about Ellis’ return to the set. With Issa Rae’s character caught up in a mini-love triangle at the moment, could Lawrence be getting his way back into her good graces or is it truly over?
