B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time

2 Chainz is working on B.O.A.T.S. III LP, but he decided to whet fans’ appetites in the meantime with a visual for “Mainstream Ratchet” from B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time.

We see the 2 Chainz of the old meet with his present day self in the visual for “Fork” from B.O.A.T.S II: Me Time. But this is less about reflecting, and more about getting at a dollar.”

2 Chainz usually runs through a set of energetic songs during performances, but he opted to do something different on stage at The Arsenio Hall Show. He kept his clubs hits on the shelf for a second, and instead introduced fans to the thought provoking “Black Unicorn.”

2 Chainz just delivered his new album B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time, but he still has much work to do after underwhelming first week sales. With that in mind, the Atlanta rapper appeared on The Breakfast Club to discuss the project, who’s to blame for the lack of units sold, the tour bus incident, and more.

A new album in stores only means more work to do for 2 Chainz. The Atlanta rapper drops a video for “Where U Been?,” featuring Cap 1, off of his newly released B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time album.

Adamant followers of 2 Chainz‘s Instagram feed are familiar with his affinity for healthy eating, so it was no surprise when he announced his plan to release a cookbook with his album, B.O.A.T.S. II: ME Time.

We’re used to 2 Chainz being a fixture in news because of the hits he’s created, but such hasn’t been the case on the road to releasing B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time. Rather, the Def Jam rapper’s recent run-ins with the law have overshadowed his bevy of features and single.

2 Chainz should be having a pretty good week since he is performing at the MTV VMAs this Sunday. However, the Atlanta rapper was arrested in Oklahoma last night after an alleged standoff between the authorities and the occupants of his tour bus.

September 10 will be here in no time; in turn, 2 Chainz has much to between now and then to properly roll out his new album, B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time. To further build anticipation, the rapper returns today with the official artwork for his sophomore effort.

2 Chainz resumed his campaign for B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time by hitting the Late Night With Jimmy Fallon stage to perform his single, “Feds Watching.”

“Feds Watching” is slowly climbing the charts, but that didn’t stop 2 Chainz from returning with a new heater titled “Where U Been?,” featuring Cap 1.

2 Chainz is easily one of Hip-Hop’s few true new superstars. Now he’s looking to avoid the sophomore jinx with his forthcoming album B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time, which he spoke on and more in a recent sit down with Cipha Sounds, Ebro, and Peter Rosenberg.
