The Breakfast Club is expanding their reach thanks to teaming with Revolt TV to broadcast their Power 105.1 morning show live on the music cable channel. We asked Charlamagne Da God, DJ Envy and Angela Yee for their insight on some pertinent topics, including the Drake versus Jay Z debacle. 

Nowadays anyone can shove a microphone into an artist’s face and ask questions. It takes integrity, finesse and wit to conduct a real interview. DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God have that formula down pat.

Charlamagne Tha God has been making a living by not treading lightly when interviewing celebrities for a long time. But his now infamous interview with Kanye West has gotten the most attention, including that of the New York Times, who profiled the radio and TV personality. 

Either Kanye West is bugging out, we’re not listening hard enough or his G is just way too futuristic. In what could be labeled the Yeezy epic rant press tour, ‘Ye recently stopped by The Breakfast Club to discuss many things, and of course the quotables were the star of the show.

Like it or not, Kendrick Lamar and all the rappers he has feeling a ways about his “Control” verse is still the hot topic of the week. We asked Charlamagne Tha God of Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club to speak on who he felt was worthy of responding to the Compton rapper.
