Erykah Badu is gracing this months cover of FADER magazine which is also doubling as their annual Producers Issue. 

Azealia Banks and Erykah Badu have officially ended their online beef and now Twitter is a safer place for all of us. The two outspoken women exchanged courtesies on the social media platform on Tuesday night, halting their tense Twitter relationship, or lack there of.

Erykah Badu got inspired by Kanye West’s “Real Friends” and flipped it into “Trill Friends.” DJ Low Down Loretta Brown’s version incorporates elements of Whodini’s classic “Friends” for good measure, too. 

Fans of the reclusive Andre 3000 are certainly rejoicing after seeing the Atlanta rapper grace the small screen on ABC’s American Crime drama series. Along with his return to acting, the Outkast member is also recording new music and talks about his recent collaboration with Erykah Badu.

Iggy Azalea became a punchline at the 2015 Soul Train Awards after host Erykah Badu took a dig at the Aussie rapper’s music. Badu later apologized, although it was still dripping with shade, but Azalea accepted it graciously while offering to host Badu’s daughters for an upcoming concert.

Erykah Badu hosted the 2015 Soul Train Awards, which aired last night, and lacked rap music to focus on R&B and Soul. It also meant Badu clowning the hell out of Iggy Azalea.

Low Down Loretta Brown is crafty. Erykah Badu drops a new song called “Phone Down,” which happens to be dedicated to Aubrey…Davis (see the credits). 

You just knew Erykah Badu dropping her own version of Drake’s “Hotline Bling” was a teaser of more to come. The soul crooner confirmed she will be dropping a new mixtape next week.
