Stalley‘s grind from independent to signed and to now becoming his own boss shows the many power moves made by the Ohio rapper and mogul. This week, it was announced the longtime producer and collaborator Smitti Boi will lead Stalley’s Blue Collar Gang label’s A&R department.

Meek Mill recently ushered in another year of living, and although the Philly rap star has accomplished so much in such a short period of time, he also had to learn the hard way of the old adage, “mo money, mo problems.”

Whether he’s sporting Nikes or his own trademarked BCG threads, Stalley’s certified freshness makes him unique as the raps he puts on wax.

Maybach Music Group rapper Stalley was in Harlem to launch an iPhone case with GoodWood NYC, which was hosted by Rap Radar blogger Brian “B-Dot” Miller.

Many scoffed at Stalley signing with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group, but why not? Every team needs a variety of players and Stalley’s blue collar lyricism only adds to the MMG roster’s clout and depth. Now, we get a single called “Swangin,” featuring Scarface, from the Ohio rapper’s forthcoming proper album.

Rashad may not be a household name just yet, but he’s doing everything in his power to make that a reality. The crooner captures that grind on a track, titled “The Life,“ that’s unconventional by R&B standards, but is an accurate depiction of treading the road to success. Styles P is featured on the cut, and adds […]
