While the world continues to wait for the drop of Before I Self Destruct, 50 Cent is doing an excellent job staying in the headlines with his countless issues with countless people. The most recent victims to his unyielding jabs are Rick Ross, Fat Joe and Jay-Z. As previously reported, he even had beef with Fabolous following the ‘Twitter King's' rampage bashing his ‘This Is 50 Fest.' Hurt by the words from a man 50 thought was his friend, Fif retaliated and responded saying (more...)

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009Timbaland Increasing Shock Value With Sequel
Thursday, October 22nd, 2009“It's exciting because not only am I giving fans the best of me on each track, I'm giving them a glimpse of their favorite artist in a completely different light.”
Establishing his beginnings in the music industry in the Hip-Hop realm, producer Timbaland has branched out drastically since his days of working with Missy Elliot, Ginuwine, Aaliyah and Magoo. Evolving in his sound, his ear for sound has grown past the urban audience and has adapted more of a universal appeal.
With 2007's Shock Value, Tim shocked many with the amount of smash hits he conjured up partnered alongside OneRepublic, Nelly Furtado, Justin Timberlake and many others.
If it works the first time around, it only makes sense to try it again, but make it even bigger.
With the sequel, he has enlisted popular acts such as (more...)

Lil Boosie Deals with Upcoming Prison Time
Thursday, October 22nd, 2009“Ni**a f&*k you, don't worry about if my head up, suck my d*&k. B$%ch I'm the one that gotta do this time.”
Prison has been dubbed by some as living in hell and others have called it modern day slavery. Whatever name a person wants to give it, the prison system is something that no one wants to be part of.
As a person acknowledges that fact that one of his/her own will have to serve time, it's hard to really say anything that could possibly lift his/her spirits aside from planning an escape route.
As his day of atonement is just around the horizon, Superbad is clearly finding his own means in dealing with the two year bid behind bars. Fully aware of what has been placed in front of him, Boosie is ready to accept his punishment and serve his time for the state.
One thing everybody should shy away from is telling the rapper to ‘Keep his head up' because as far as he's concerned (more...)

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009Clipse Bring Along Cam'Ron By “Popular Demand”
Thursday, October 22nd, 2009“Cam definitely makes sure you pay him first before he makes a move.”
As the Clipse are gearing up for their third official album, Til The Casket Drops, the duo is ensuring that they tie up all ends and team up with those that they may have wanted to work with in the past. Although the road was long, the timing couldn't be more perfect as they were finally able to nab rapper Cam'Ron to join them this time around.
In relation to spinning tales of the coke game there are a very select few that are able to illustrate and paint the pictures. Outside of the kingpin, Raekwon, the Clipse and Cam have gained their fan gathering, in part, by weaving together intricate stories of the dope trade.
One can only imagine what the result would be once these two forces collided. On December 8, however, the dream will materialize into (more...)
