Birdman Speaks At Pace University [Video]

Birdman recently touched down in New York alongside Mack Maine and Jay Sean.

As previously reported he agreed to support Pace University professor Vernon J. Brown who also acts as a Cash Money's business manager and attorney.

Lupe Involves Authorities For Leaked Tracks

In an industry where most artists can rarely put out an album without any of the tracks being leaked, Lupe has fallen victim to become one of the many artists with leaked songs. Lupe's new song “I'm Beaming,” was leaked on Christmas Eve and by a recent blog post from Lupe himself, it is obvious that he is not happy about it.

Eminem To Censor Lyrics For Britain Concert

Slim Shady, constantly known for his brazen and sometimes offensive lyrics, is agreeing to take things down a notch for an upcoming concert in the United Kingdom.

Serena Williams Voted Female Athlete Of The Year

Serena Williams has been named Female Athlete Of The Year by The Associated Press. Williams received 66 of 158 votes by newspaper editors from across the country. Serena also won the award in 2002.

Williams stated to the A.P.,

"I'm just happy and blessed to even be playing seven years later. All this is a bonus, really. In 2002, I just was really dominant, and I think in 2009, I just brought that back. I kind of became that player again."

Serena also spoke out about her verbal attack this year directed at a line judge after a foot-fault call near the end of her U.S. Open semifinal loss in September.

"People realize that I'm a great player, and one moment doesn't define a person's career. And I was right, for the most part: It wasn't right the way I reacted — I never said it was — but I was right about the call."

Snoop Dogg To Host New Mixtape

Lil Mama To Steer Clear Of Nicki Minaj

Well we all saw earlier this year that Lil Mama had no problem stepping to the big dogs as she marched dead on to Jay-Z and Alicia Keys. But apparently she wants no part of Nicki Minaj. In an interview with BET, the rapper/singer/ judge/ performance crasher spoke on the Queen Of Young Money's image stating,

50 Cent To Star In "Gun" With Val Kilmer

50 Cent is gearing to make his presence felt at the Box Office once again as he will begin shooting his upcoming film "Gun" early next year in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Fif's latest action drama will also star Val Kilmer and Charles Malik Whitfield. Kilmer and 50 previously starred together in the crime drama "Streets Of Blood."

"Gun" is an original story penned by the Queens MC and will be directed by Jesse Terrero.

The film is set to be based around the illegal trade, obviously something 50 knows a lot about. Seems like Curtis has some Will Smith aspirations as well.

Queen Pen is back.  HUH?  That's what we said too…

Dr Dre's rhyme partner on Black Street's classic “No Diggity” will be releasing a 2010 calendar with celebrity photographer Greg Frederick.

The calendar is said to encompass all that Queen Pen embodies today, creating a vision of her roles as a mother, role model, artist, advocate and author, through portrait.
