Although Michael Vick's had tumultuous times in the media and has a now tarnished image, he's being recognized for more positive reasons.
Vick has been awarded the Ed Block Courage award, an award meant to honor players dedicated to their team with sportsmanship and courage.
Each team in the NFL picks a recipient and this year, he's been selected to represent the Philadelphia Eagles.
He spoke on receiving the honor Wednesday saying,
“It means a great deal to me, I was voted unanimously by my teammates. They know what I've been through. I've been through a lot. It's been great to come back and have an opportunity to play and be with a great group of guys. I'm just ecstatic about that and I enjoy every day.”
Good for you Vick. We're proud of you, you've come along way.
Backing up off Plies for the moment, 40 Glocc now speaks his mind on Young Buck being disloyal to 50 Cent and G-Unit and says the Tennesee MC wanted to be the boss and wanted 50's spot.

A 3-year-old Brooklyn girl died this morning after climbing onto the roof of her apartment building and falling into the snow.
Little Kyrah Martin was found around 1 a.m. face down in the snow after climbing out of her mother's bedroom window and venturing outside.
The girl's mother Nefertiti Martin had no idea that her daughter had escaped the comfort of her bed where her three other children were sleeping soundly.
According to the New York Daily News, Nefertiti Martin was sure that she had all four of her children in the bed with her and when officers approached her about the little girl she pulled back the covers to count her children to find Kyrah missing.
Her death has been ruled accidental thus far.
So sad, right before Christmas.
The queen of R&B Soul, Mary J. Blige, recently released her new album Stronger With Each Tear and was spotted in New York celebrating its forthcoming success.
During this time at an album release party she was reported as getting into a physical altercation with husband Kendu Issacs.
