Just after one month of being on the road with Lady Gaga, Kid Cudi's stint with the pop sensation is over. As previously reported, a recent video surfaced of Kid Cudi punching a fan in the face at a concert in Canada after they threw something onstage, and now that incident has ultimately cost him his time on tour.

Catherine Cartwright is a woman that enjoys the finer qualities of carnal pleasure. Unfortunately for the 48-year-old, her neighbors are not so open-minded.
Cartwright was previously ordered in court to gain control over the raucous love making after neighbors complained of the sounds emanating from her home. Now the habitual sexer is back in court, for the same reason, and is facing more severe penalties for her very personal yet impersonal transgressions.
“I did not understand why people asked me to be quiet because to me it was normal,” remarked Cartwright of her love making…I have tried to minimize the situation by having sex in the morning and not at night so the noise was not waking anybody.”
Neighbors, including a woman that walks her child to school in the morning, have described the sex session as “unnatural,” “murder,” and capable of drowning out nearby televisions, a feat given scientific baking after an experiment conducted by city council found that the high pitched sessions were measured at a whopping 47 decibels when recorded through several layers of sheet rock, brick, and other building material.
Cartwright is scheduled to receive sentencing on January 18th.
It is a commonly known fact that steroids can increase aggression in its users. On the other hand, there is no scientific data to suggest what makes one kill in cold blood over the most idiotic of things.
One such scenario is seen in the murder of Douglas Smith, whom was stabbed three times in the back and bludgeoned with a hammer after partaking in a vocal altercation with a member of his local gym.
Local authorities believe that the murder, which took place in East Flatbush, New York, has its genesis in Smith exchanging words with another member after both men claimed “first dibs” on a Nautilus weight lifting machine.
The disgruntled man then phoned two men, of whom Shawn Hing was one, to show up at the gym and end the situation by way of street approved methods.
Hing has been apprehended and charged for murder in the second degree. The gym member and second killer are still on the loose.
Michelle Kehoe was given a legal slap on the wrist for committing the act of murder.
The 36-year-old mother was sentenced to life in prison without parole after being found guilty of slicing the throat of her 2-year-old son and abandoning him for die near an Iowa pond. A grand jury also found the worthless woman guilty for attempted murder after she slit her 7-year-old son's throat as well as ten additional years for child endangerment.
Defense for Kehoe attempted to construct a plausible insanity-based strategy for the woman but failed in their attempt after her eldest child provided key testimony against his mother.
Kehoe is prohibited from having communicating with her son, husband, or anyone else involved in the incident due to a court issued no-contact order.
1940's marked a continuation of racial intolerance and segregation for Black people living in the United States. It was also the year that Myers Park, a prominent residential neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina, drafted its controversial deed.
Charlotte's chapter of the NAACP is waging a very public war against Myers Park with hopes that the homeowner's association would alter their homeownership deed, a piece of paper the organization believes is rotted in illegal, racially-based practices.
The first rule listed on Myers Park's deed restrictions reads “the lot here by conveyed shall be used for residential purposes only and shall be owned and occupied by people of the Caucasian race.”
Charlotte's Community Relations Committee has formally denounced the deed and has publicly joined the fight against Myers Park after the document was made public on the neighborhood's website.
“Myers Park Housing Association [MPHA] has no authority to change this wording as recorded. The original language is offensive. We did not publish this with the intent to discriminate. We did not publish it with the intent to harm,” said MPHA president, Pamela May, via written statement to press.
Officials with Myers Park Housing have 30 days to reach a deal with the NAACP. If no accord can be made then the city of Charlotte can engage in legal action against the neighborhood.
Any fan of Country Music knows that Toby Keith is no stranger to trouble. The country rock star is a living legend in the realm of blues infused guitar ballads and is known for his brash, “devil may care” attitude, but the same cannot be said for another music legend, Will Smith.
Far removed from his squeaky clean musical lyrics and carefully crafted image, the mega-movie star has found himself embroiled in the most unlikely of situations, as key representatives from several Asian civil rights groups are alleging that a concert performance by the Fresh Prince and Mr. Red, White n' Blue contained racists gesturing.
The two performers's rapped the lyrics of Hip-Hop classic, “Rapper's Delight,” for the Nobel Peace Prize Concert on which Keith pulled back his eyes in what many believe to be an imitation of the slanted eye feature stereotypically attributed to all members of the Asian community.
“Toby Keith embarrassed himself and his country,” remarked a representative form the Asian American Justice Center. “[He] denigrated the Nobel Peace Prize and offended Asians and Asian Americans by using a crude, racist hand gesture.”
