Fusari also claims that he is the one who dubbed Stefani Germonotta- Lady Gaga, which he claims in the lawsuit, was adapted from 70's Rock Glam group Queen's song “Radio Ga Ga”; and is also stating that her overall style was based on his idea after he persuaded her to trade in her rock music for dance beats.

Officials in China have a cannibal in custody after they say he admitted to kidnapping and killing an 11-year-old boy before eating his brain.

Wang Chaoxu, of Qixian village, in Yunnan, south west China was arrested Wednesday after police found the body of little Li Xuetang buried in grain field.

When they found the victim his head was “peeled back” and part of his brain had been removed.

The boy's mother Yu Chaohu tells The Sun, that she became worried when the boy didn't come home as expected and asked the village for help finding him.

"It was getting dark, but I couldn't find my son anywhere in the village. I even asked the village head to broadcast on the radio to ask my son to come back home for dinner.”

Chaouhu has not been allowed to see her son's body because it is too badly damaged.
When officials arrested the sick man he told them that he believed eating the brain with earthworms and ants would cure his illness, a type of epilepsy.

Police are also looking to see if Chaoxu is responsible for the death of 3-year-old girl found the same day in a public restroom with her head split open.

Minnesota Teen Killed After Being Pushed Into Traffic

Friday, March 19th, 2010

A community in St. Paul, Minnesota is trying to understand why a 17 year-old high school student was pushed into oncoming traffic and killed.

The accident which happened Tuesday (March 16) left one student dead and a community in shock; after Isaiah Vinson, a student at Central High School, who according to police, appeared to have been engaging in horseplay with other students when he was pushed into the roadway and hit by a City maintenance Truck.

"We're still shocked, just kind of wondering exactly what happened and why it happened," Beverly Johnson, Isaiah Vinson's aunt, said.  "He had a smile that just brightened up the room."

While at first police weren't sure if there had been an argument and Isaiah was pushed intentionally, investigators now say at this point witness accounts lead them to believe it was likely an accident. They hope finding more witnesses will help fill in missing details.

The truck driver, a 52-year old that has been with the City of St. Paul for over six years, is not found to have been under the influence nor at fault for the accident.

"The way it happened, there was no way for him to swerve; there was no way for him to hit the brakes. It's just too bad," says Brad Meyer, with the St. Paul Parks and Recreation Department.

Yesterday (March 17), family and friends gathered at a memorial that was created on the sidewalk.  As the memorial continued to grow, the hugs between family and friends got longer. For them, it's not easy to understand how a young life could end too soon and so suddenly.
