Lindsay Lohan Suing Pitbull

Rapper Pitbull is the subject of a new lawsuit, this time at the hands of Lindsay Lohan who claims he used disparaging lyrics with her name.

According to TMZ, Pitbull’s song “Give Me Everything” featuring Neyo and written by songwriter “Afrojack” has a line that says,

“Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein, keep flowin’…I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”

Obviously offended by the line, Lohan filed suit against the rapper via attorney Stephanie Ovadi claiming that, “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”

Her lawyer also adds that Lohan is a,

“Professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.”

The suit seeks an injunction to stop all of the defendants from broadcasting the song and unspecified damages.
