While sitting down with producer 9th Wonder, Hip-Hop Wired spoke with the hip-hop producer/record executive about running his own label, Jamla Records, which houses artists like Skyzoo, Rhapsody, Thee Tom Hardy and many others.

9th also talked about his expectations for his Jamla artists and running his “program,” as he calls it.

“A lot of people want me to sign them, then they find out when you get on my label you gotta work everyday, you gotta follow my lead,” 9th says.

“Don’t get on Twitter saying stupid stuff. Don’t do this, that and the third. I lead by example and a lot of people can’t deal with that “program” that I run.”
