Ill-timed lyrics are nothing new in Hip-Hop, as evidenced by Lil Wayne’s feature on Future’s “Karate Chop” and that inappropriate Emmitt Till line. Today’s contestant in the questionable bars sweepstakes is Rick Ross, who crossed the line in alleging date-r*pe on Rocko’s latest single “YounEEnKnoIT.”

Featuring down-south hook master Future as well, the slow-riding track starts off with Rocko stunting about his figures. After Future’s otherwise addictive hook, Rozay takes the song for a bizarre left turn in a most unfortunate fashion.

“Put molly all in her champagne/ She ain’t e’en know it/ I took her home and enjoyed that/ She ain’t e’en know it,” raps Ross. At a casual glance, the verse is suggesting the hefty Maybach Music chieftain placed a hallucinogenic drug (read: reoofie) in a woman’s drink and took advantage of her physically without her knowledge. If that’s the angle Rick Ross was going for with the line, it would be considered a s-xual offense in a court of law.

Rappers have been pushing the lines of decency for decades and while free speech is a definite right, somebody in the studio has to be a voice of reason at some point before releasing tracks to the public.

Check out Rocko’s “YounEEnKnoIT” below. Hop to the 2:08 mark to hear Ross’ verse.
