There’s a lot of talent in the young crop of MCs. That said, a new collaboration from Da$H and Remy Banks called “Intoxicated Scarfaces” hit the Internets.

From the gritty beat to the the title, which is inspired by Raekwon’s Only Built For Cuban Linx classic “Incarcerated Scarfaces,” to the clip sampled from Hype Williams’ Belly, this tune oozes with 90’s Hip-Hop influences. Da$H, a New Jersey native, and Banks, who hails from Queens and is a member of World’s Fair, have bars to be frank. It’s apparent here, as they lyrically spar in a way that’s both entertaining and competitive.

If “Intoxicated Scarfaces” is any indication of what to expect from Da$h and Remy Banks in 2014, fans may be in for a treat. Last year, the former dropped his V.I.C.E.S. mixtape, while his rhyming counterpart appeared on World Fair’s Bastards of the Party.

Hear them both on “Intoxicated Scarfaces” below.
