If getting to the money is the conversation, today’s rap champion is Mac Miller, who has signed a deal with Warner Bros Records.

According to FADER, the Pittsburgh rapper’s deal is reportedly worth $10 million.

“Warner is the most independent thinking company I met with,” Miller told FADER. “It is a partnership and now I can focus on building my label Remember through music and let them handle everything I don’t like doing. Nothing will change in how I do things.”

The wordsmith shocked fans when he parted ways with Rostrum Records back in January, but it appears that separating ties was a chess move. Thus far, Miller’s 2014 releases–comprised of the Faces mixtape and freebie tracks–were created independently.

Miller dropped a Sap-produced cut called “Just Some Raps, Nothing To See Here, Move Along” to commemorate the news. Stream it below.
