NFL fandom is a passionate tradition but nobody hopes that repping for the home team will ever resort to violence.

Sadly that was the case in the late hours of December 12, when 3 people and possibly a fourth were stabbed outside of Sports Authority Field Mile High Stadium following the Denver Broncos defeat at the hands of the San Diego Chargers.

Reports The Denver Post:

One person was in critical condition and two people were stable, but the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, Denver police said. Police believe a fourth victim who has not come forward was also stabbed. The three victims are men.

Three people were arrested, and Denver police said they didn’t believe any other suspects were at-large.

The incident occurred around 9:55 p.m. in the stadium’s Lot F near the intersection of Dick Connor Avenue and Federal Boulevard.

This could be considered the fail of all NFL fails this season. Lucklily everyone is expected to pull through. Check the pictures for scenes of the ruckus.
