The Boondocks is finally back. The Adult Swim cartoon that we fell in love with thanks to its sharp Hip-Hop references, biting social commentary and all-out hilariousness returns in April.
A new trailer just dropped that reveals that the fourth season of The Boondocks kicks off on April 21. The third season, which aired back in 2010, was initially touted as the show’s last, but fortunately that was not the case. However, its return has been Jay Electronica-slow when considering that season 4 was announced back in 2012.
The world has provided plenty of fodder for creator Aaron McGruder to mine and turn into episodes (i.e. Trinidad Jame$ career, racism in America, anything Lil B does).
