Young Thug is getting sued for skipping out on a New York Concert. An upstate promoter says he’s out $360,000 after the Atlanta rapper failed to appear at a Rochester, NY show.

Reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

Young Thug faces a lawsuit from a New York event organizer who claims he lost $360,000 after cancelling a concert the Atlanta rapper was supposed to headline.

The rapper, whose name is Jeffrey Williams, and his Smyrna-based company YSL Enterprises signed a $55,000 contract with Nicholas Fitts to play a concert at Sahlens Stadium in Rochester, New York.

The lawsuit, filed in Cobb County court Jan. 17, alleges the rapper “did not have a valid legal reason for his failure to perform.”

Fitt claims he lost $200,000 just in ticket sales.

Thugger, or his lawyer, got some explaining to do.
