Lil Wayne Searched By DEA At Florida Airport

Released from jail only months ago, Lil Wayne is apparently being kept under close contact with the long arm of the law.

The rapper was reportedly intercepted by DEA officials and searched while exiting a flight in Opa-Locka, Florida.

Agents were searching for guns, drugs or other contraband, according to reports, but their efforts turned up nothing.

The New Orleans rapper was allowed to leave following the frisk.

There have been no reports as to why agents chose to search the rapper. As a part of his two-year probation, Wayne, cannot drink liquor, do any drugs or possess weapons.

As recently reported, Wayne will be kicking off his I Am Still Music II tour on March 18 in Buffalo, New York.

  • Reason?? LE, and especially the feds never need a reason. Lil’ wayne, just like anyone who is on their radar, need to spend the rest of their lives staying clean, cause the government is at war with anyone who is known not to follow their rules. None of us is too insignificant.

No, if the truth is told, only when you are black. The Feds have sat back and let plenty of people that were not black walk all over them.
