Kim Jong Un was appointed the new ruler of North Korea after the passing of his Hennessy sipping father, Kim Jong Il, last year. Time Magazine placed an image of the 29-year-old on the cover of its latest issue with the headline “Lil’ Kim.” Time. Magazine.
