2 Chainz is taking his show on the road, for self. The Atlanta rapper has announced that he will be embarking on the Based On A T.R.U Story national solo tour, which kicks off August 30th in Norfolk, VA before finishing up on September 27th in Austin, TX. Although he is the headliner, the G.O.O.D. Music affiliated plans on having many special guest hit the stage with him.
Titi 2 Necklaces is already a veteran of the road. The “Riot” rapper was an opening act on Drake’s recent Club Paradise Tour and is currently an opener for Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday Tour.
“One of the things I enjoy the most about being an artist is the opportunity to get on the stage and give the fans everything they deserve,” said 2 Chainz in a press statement. “Everything they’ve come to expect from me. I’ve performed along side some of the best in this business, but this time will be something special. This time it’s all me.”
The tour will help promote 2 Chainz’s solo debut, Based On A T.R.U. Story, which will be in stores August 14th. Check out the tour dates below.
