Seattle, get your popcorn ready. It’s been a rough couple of years for Terrell Owens since he’s been ostracized from the National Football League. Financial troubles and legal issues have plagued the superstar wide receiver for much of his time away from the field, but it looks like his fight to get back into the NFL might actually have a happy ending.

The Seattle Seahawks are rumored to offer Owens a deal to join the team after the wideout posted a remarkable 40-yard-dash of 4.5 seconds. Owens had recently come off of surgery of a torn anterior cruciate ligament, and at 38-years-old a time like that is something medical marvels are made of.

Carrying the reputation of a diva receiver, there is a good chance that the fabled Owens has been humbled and can possibly land on an NFL roster by the time the season kicks off. Since Owens last played in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals two seasons ago, he’s played for the IFL’s Allen Wranglers and tried his hand at acting in American Wedding, USA’s Necessary Roughness, and more.
