When a MC comes out the gate spitting, “We were best friends, at least that’s what I thought/But then you had to go and rip out my Fawking heart,” there’s clearly a matter that needs to be discussed. Rapper Big Pooh does just that, as he channels his inner Whodini, on a new track titled “Friends,” which details a relationship gone sour. Cudos to Astronote for providing the perfect soulful soundscape for the former Little Brother MC vent on.

“Friends” is the first single from Rapper Big Pooh’s forthcoming project, Fat Boy Fresh Vol. 2, releasing November 20th. If this is any inclination to what else listeners can expect from the project, fans will be utterly pleased. Check out the track below.
