We wonder how Drake’s day is going? As if the statements he made during an interview with Rolling Stone didn’t cause enough backlash, an image surfaced of the rapper taking a bubble bath with a hookah in tow from the would-be cover story’s photo shoot, causing the Internets to lose their chill even more.
Black Twitter in particular has been verbally thrashing Drake to no end for hours. But what else is new?
In the flick, the OVO frontman looks mighty cozy in a sea of bubbles. Way too cozy if you ask the majority. Ironically, the late Tupac Shakur took a similar photo, but draped in gold, years ago. Perhaps this was an ode to that image that simply went awry.
Nevertheless, Hip-Hop talking heads are critical of Drake on a slow Tuesday, so today’s field day wasn’t too surprising. See the image via the tweets on the following page.
