Hot 97’s Summer Jam concerts are all about moments. Despite turmoil outside the venue, Summer Jam 2015 had its fair share of excitement from headliners like Fabolous, Kendrick Lamar, Meek Mill and Chris Brown.
Despite plenty of A-list artists on the bill, the name of the game was special guests, and plenty were delivered.

After Maybach O was the first to hit the stage, Ty Dolla $ign came on while the crowd was still flowing and he got some help from Dej Loaf and Wiz Khalifa who performed “Try Me” and “We Dem Boyz,” respectively.
Trey Songz held down his set for dolo, if you don’t count the live band.
Chris Brown came out and probably danced more than he actually sang. All those hits covered him. Then he let 50 Cent, and Lloyd Banks, touch the stage to rousing applause while performing “What Up Gangsta?” Also, French Montana got some time. RIP Chinx.
Fabolous is a New Yorker’s New York rapper he brought out damn everybody during his set. Fat Joe, Method Man, Redman, The LOX, Lil Kim, Fat Joe, Raekwon and more need to send him Thank You cards.
Kendrick Lamar set it off for TDE, and Welven Da Great.
Big Sean did an admirable job, but you needed more guests, bruh. Wasn’t Drake in town?
Meek Mill surprised no one when he brought out Nicki Minaj. We almost believe the “I love you’s” they shared on stage. More importantly, Future!
Fetty Wap bumrushed the stage at the very end, because Summer Jam.
More Nicki Minaj, just because.
