Dwyane Wade surprised wife Gabrielle Union with a tropical getaway to celebrate their first anniversary as man and wife.

Between cruises on jet skis and dives into the crystal blue waters, Wade, 33, and his lady love took time to savor the sweet moments, all while flaunting their enviable beach bods.
