August Alsina Accuses Def Jam Of Leaking His Album Before Having a Change Of Heart

August Alsina has a lot riding on his upcoming sophomore studio effort, This Thing Called Life, and naturally he’s very passionate on how the album will be presented to his fans and the public.
Early this morning, the album leaked in full (as these things are known to do) but the R&B star took a rather (predictable!) approach and blamed the label in full slander mode.
“Can’t win for f*ckin losing dawg,” he wrote as he perceivably started to see grouprips of his LP being circulated around the Internet, which was followed by a gigantic “F*CKKKKKKKKK YOU” to @DefJamRecords Twitter handle.
Obviously that wasn’t very nice considering the marketing, planning and strategic organizing that comes with creating just one album is a very strenuous process and the 23-year-old singer realized he was in the wrong. Sort of.

Last week, 50 Cent also blasted Def Jam in similar fashion for the way his buddy Jeremih’s long-delayed album hit iTunes without warning.
Pre-order the kid’s new album on iTunes if you sampled it and loved it.
