The latest episode of Complex‘s Sneaker Shopping was quite hilarious thanks to featured guest Action Bronson. The Queens rapper was candid about what he likes and doesn’t like in kicks, giving no f*cks if it may offend said brand in question.
You will never catch Bronson in a pair of Air Jordans (he says they’re basically too common and he no longer likes the quality, among of their gripes), but he also claims to have a “personal issue” with Michael Jordan himself.
“I have a personal issue with Mike,” Bronson told Complex‘s Joe La Puma. “We didn’t hit it off when we met. He looked at me as probably a little sh*t, and like he’s 7 ft. He could dunk on me and put his nuts on my head. So he could care less about me.”
Few would wear Air Jordan’s under such circumstances, we guess.
Bronson also talked his love for New Balance kicks, Boost tech helping adidas out and why having strong calves can limit his sneaker options. He still managed to cop over $1000 worth of new heat, though.
