After the outrage behind his anti-war rhetoric just started to simmer down, this is the last kind of press that Psy needs tied to his “Gangnam Style” single.

The dance track led to the death of a man attempting to do the accompanying dance.

A man in the UK suffered a heart attack after attempting the “Gangnam Style” dance, at his office Christmas party. Eamonn Kilbride, 46, was an IT manager at Thwaites brewery. He and his wife, Julie, who was also celebrating her birthday, were both at the party when things turned fatal.

According to Mrs. Kilbride, Eamonn was “entertaining everybody” with his dance moves, before he collapsed. Unable to be resuscitated, he was rushed to Royal Blackburn Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The official cause of death was acute heart failure, which can be brought on by excessive movement like exercising.

“I certainly wouldn’t say that people need to avoid ‘Gangnam Style’ over the holidays. [But] if you’re unused to taking vigorous physical exercise, you shouldn’t throw yourself into violent exertion without due preparation,” advised cardiology professor Bernard Keavney.

Kilbride is survived by his wife, and three children.
