“Charlamagne we live?” infamously set off perhaps the greatest rant of all time. And that’s just one of many epic Ray J moments. Most recently, he set the Internets on fire with a track titled “I Hit It First,” but has denied that it was about Kim Kardashian. A noticeably calmer Ray J spoke on the single and just about everything else this morning with The Breakfast Club.

As expected, the Power 105 crew wouldn’t let Brandy’s brother live down the epic call he placed after a confrontation with Fabolous in Vegas last year. Ray J was a good sport, and said “It was a bad night… If I didn’t call the radio station, I wouldn’t have remembered what happened.”

When “I Hit It First” came up in conversation, Ray J said “the song is about something I did. I’ve been in a few relationships, just some are more popular than others, that can relate to this song too.

“I hit it first is just a term that dudes say when we conversate,” admitted the “One Wish” singer. Ray J was sure to keep his words brief and respectful when asked about his opinion on Kanye West and Kardashian’s relationship. In other words, don’t expect much slander in that direction.
