Divorce can get ugly. The struggle is raised exponentially when one of the spouses exhibit bat-sh-t crazy behavior during and after the process. Case in point, Dwyane Wade‘s split from his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade.
Recently, the former real life basketball wife sued her ex-hubby for a hefty $1 million. She claims that the Miami Heat guard and his financial advisers have plotted to keep money she is due out her pockets. As a result she is unable to pay her mortgage. Yeah, “How about getting a job?” is the first thing we asked, too.

This pic was taken shortly after her arrest for child abduction over Father’s Day Weekend in 2012. The real criminal hear is her hair stylist, though.
According to Funches-Brown, the judicial system is biased against her when it comes to seeing her children. This is where we point out courts rarely give full custody to the father unless the mother is really out of pocket. Just saying.
